AI Invitation Card Maker ("the app") is built privacy-first. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
None. The app does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no third-party analytics SDKs.
Invitation projects, guest lists, prompt history, and imported photos are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The built-in design engine runs entirely on your device. If you optionally add your own OpenAI API key in Settings, your invitation prompts are sent directly from your device to OpenAI to generate wording; this is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy. The key is stored only on your device and can be removed at any time.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles this data.
The app keeps simple feature-usage counters (for example, how many exports you have made) locally on your device to power free-tier limits. These counters never leave your phone.
The app asks for Photos access only when you add a photo to a design or save an export. Photos are used solely for those purposes.
The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
